Justin Boyd

Justin Boyd has more than a decade of Oracle experience, focused solely within the Oracle HCM suite of products. Justin has worked in the full end-to-end Oracle implementation process including sales, project management, architecture, implementation, and support. He began his career working with Oracle’s eBusiness Suite of products then transitioned to Oracle Cloud early in the product life cycle. Justin’s expertise spans the Oracle HCM Cloud suite and includes the relationships between applications.

Justin’s experience as an architect, project manager, and implementer allows him to better understand all aspects of Cloud projects. This knowledge diversity allows him to take a holistic approach when implementing Oracle HCM Cloud.  Justin has worked with Oracle product design teams to provide experience-based recommendations as well as validations to new product features. Justin is known for his outgoing personality and strong client relationships, where his main priority is customer service to ensure a positive experience for the client.
