Jane Caradale

Jane Caradale is a co-founder and principal at CastleBridge Consulting. With over two decades of experience as a human resources and software professional, Jane’s knowledge has allowed her to successfully translate HR concerns into software solutions for clients across multiple industries. She has been working exclusively with Oracle HCM software since 2007, first as an end-user and later as an implementation specialist and systems architect. Jane's experience in both of these roles has provided her with a unique perspective on how to approach HCM software implementation and support. She has established herself as an Oracle HCM thought leader, emphasizing elegant designs and business process transformation to deliver comprehensive solutions to complex business problems.

Prior to founding CastleBridge, Jane oversaw Oracle Cloud HCM Cloud Strategy at a fortune 200 consulting firm. She believes that putting the user experience and workforce analytics first, supported by on-demand, intuitive training for both HR administrators and end-users alike, is key to the successful implementation of Oracle software. This philosophy is what drives her in the HCM space, leading her to co-found CastleBridge.
