Oracle HCM Now, a special offering of the Oracle Cloud HCM suite, provides organizations sized 2k-15k employees a better option for gaining the best of breed capabilities all within a single native cloud, with a prescriptive path to implementation that delivers a swift onramp and is designed to minimize complexity and disruption. Oracle selected CastleBridge as a strategic implementation partner to provide clients with a prescribed path to implementation of the full Oracle Cloud HCM set of solutions.

What is Blueprint?

Blueprint is CastleBridge's implementation and service offering for Oracle HCM Now clients.   Blueprint includes many of the tools and services mid-enterprise clients need to be successful.  We have pre-built and tested configurations based on best practice which we use as a starting point for your implementation.  Our Blueprint methodology is tailored for this offering and focuses on getting your team in the system to learn and provide feedback.

Why did we create this offering?

CastleBridge's Blueprint methodology is tailored for Mid-Enterprise.  By leveraging pre-built configurations and a structured process we are able to reduce implementation cost, time and demand on client teams.  We begin by installing our pre-built and tested configurations.  Next we progress through a series of refinement steps which get you in the system early and often.  Finally we conduct a user acceptance testing event to test your processes from end to end.

Our framework provides pre-built videos, templates, and training guides to guide you every step of the way. Best of all, change management is included in your monthly subscription.

BRIDGE Reporting

CastleBridge's BRIDGE Reporting package for Oracle HCM Cloud delivers over 100 role based reports and dashboards to help your employees manage critical aspects of your business.  Our reports are integrated directly into your current homepage for easy access and monitoring.  Many reports feature high level analytics with drill through capabilities.  Best of all this package is included in your monthly Blueprint fee.
