What is Included:
- Value Realization Interview - We will meet with your executive team to discuss priorities, challenges and business drivers. This session allows CastleBridge to understand your business case for Oracle Cloud and identify high level opportunities to maximize the value your receive from your investment.
- Cloud Configuration Review - We will review your Oracle Cloud configuration and compare it to best practice. Typically this will lead to a series of questions about requirements which lead to certain configurations. The goal of this review is to identify and configurations which are not in line with best practice.
- Pain Point Review - We will review and discuss current issues, gaps, manual processes, workarounds, and redundancies. You will provide the initial list and we will add additional items as they are uncovered in this process.
- Mobile Adoption - Discuss your current use of Oracle Cloud on mobile devices. Discuss how to roll out or improve the use of mobile capabilities.
- Reporting Analysis - Is your Oracle Cloud investment providing the information you need to make informed decisions? We will discuss your reporting strategy and how you can get the information you need when you need it.
- Technology Review - We will review your integration strategy and determine if it is optimized for the cloud.
- Support Strategy - We will discuss your current support team structure, allocation, and skill sets. Based on our experience with many Oracle Cloud clients, we can help you understand if you are allocating your resources in the correct areas and amounts.
- New Oracle Cloud Feature Review - We find that many clients have not done a thorough review of the new features and functionality released since their go live. We will review the new functionality with your team and add any areas of interest to your issues log for prioritization.
- Oracle Cloud Roadmap - We will discuss your overall application landscape and determine if any additional Oracle Cloud applications may benefit you.
Deliverables:
- Executive Analysis - This report summarizes the business challenges and offers a point of view for each of the following areas: High Level Recommendations, Issues & Gaps, Mobile, Reporting, Technology, Support, and Adopting new functionality
- Itemized Issue Log - We will update your issues log to provide: options for each issue, CastleBridge's recommended solution, effort, and cost if you would prefer CastleBridge to assist with the resolution of the issue.
